Returns Policy

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Sew Vintage, we accept that from time to time items may have to be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge for International buyers) on receipt.

  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The refund will be processed once the goods are received by us at Sew Vintage. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
  • Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
  • In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.
  • Details of the returns policy will be included in the package sent.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
